Hello,
Sorry for my delayed response.
No issues Ian, We totally understand your point.
Currently I was unable to find any tests being run in CI https://salsa.debian.org/debian/sysvinit/-/jobs/6477504#L130 in autopkgtest, test-build-all jobs.
We are discussing in CIP how we can support by contributing to test the packages by either running existing tests as part of autopkgtest or define new tests for the package. We have already started in the direction to add autopkgtest support e.g. fail2ban, tpm2-tss and in future more packages will be selected based on availability of resources in CIP.
CIP (Civil Infrastructure Platform Project) aims to provide SLTS (Super Long Term Support) to selected LTS kernel and selected packages for 10+ years. Please refer CIP Wiki page https://wiki.linuxfoundation.org/civilinfrastructureplatform/start#kernel_maintainership for currently supported kernels.
In addition:
* CIP is working for IEC-62443-4-1 & 4-2 compliance which are cybersecurity standards. CIP users can reuse IEC-62443-4-1 & 4-2 ready platform to build their own products and achieve compliance faster and with significantly less effort.
* As CIP security images installs many packages to achieve IEC-62443-4-2 compliance, one of the requirements is all installed packages should have test results available. Hence we are working for it.
Thanks and Regards,
Sai Ashrith

Unfortunately, I think you have fundamentally misunderstood the nature
of the Debian Project. We are all volunteers, and we doubt any of us
have the time and resources to collate the information requested by an
enquiry like yours.
Obviously we would like you to be able to get your work done with our
software, but I think you need to deploy a greater level of technical
engagement in this investigation than is evidenced by your email.
You and your colleagues should probably start by looking for DEP-8
tests (autopkgtests), and looking in the source packages for tests run
by `make check`, checking build logs, and so forth. You should
probably also look for CI jobs on any related salsa repositories, and
the upstream git forges.
If any of the terms I used in the previous paragraph are unfamiliar to
your team, you will need to learn about them. Debian typically has
ample documentation to support that.
Alternatively, there are a number of contractors and consultants, who
are very familiar with Debian, who would be happy to be paid to do
this research for you. I might suggest contacting (for example)
Freexian or Codethink.
I'm sorry that this message is going to come across as unfriendly.
Ian.
