contacting release team/TC

Hi all,

what is the address to contact the release team? I could only find
debian-release at lists.debian.org
which, I guess, goes to the list. Is that the proper address to use if,
for example, I want to ask the Release Team to set the severity of a
bug?

Also, is there an address to contact the TC to ask for advise and
settle an issue with private discussion?
