The first merge request for runit-services :)

I am not sure whether it is right to add my copyright to the run script,
cause I just changed the binary name in what I AFAIR copied over from
"chrony" run script. I can remove it.

Also regarding the copyright, I did not regenerate the copyright file
which probably would add the copyright. Partly due to not being sure
whether to add a copyright to begin with, partly cause I don't know how
to re-generate it :)
