AIUI:

• upload to unstable
• wait until ACCEPTed (hope it doesn’t have to go through binNEW for this)
• check the version of sysvinit that Provides lsb-base is also in unstable
• let the src:lsb maintainer file a removal request for unstable of src:lsb

The testing packages will be eventually cleaned up automatically, is
what they tell us anyway ;)
