Firstly, apologies, as I clearly messed up src/Makefile. I see you have already
merged a fix. I still find the manpage handling in it convoluted. I have an
alternative patch attached which (I think, but please feel free to criticise as
my Makefile-foo is clearly lacking at the moment!) makes it simpler and
certainly reduces duplication.

There is also a fix for a typo in man/po/es.po which was producing a groff
error.

Finally, man/po/de.po was deleted in the 3.05 merge. Was that deliberate?
