I am working on it.

There are actually two:-

 - Trek's sysd2v is in src:sysvinit contrib/ and converts to init-d-script. It
   isn't included in the binary debs.

 - I am currently working on the GSoc 2020 systemd-unit-translator[1] which
   converts to openrc.
