The following DE's_

   GNOME/GNOME FLASHBACK
    LXDE
    LXQT
    XFCE
    KDE
   MATE
   CINNAMON

could be migrated from a standard debian to devuan.
You could see through what hops you have to jump
to achieve this by looking at this script:

There is the orphan-sysvinit-scripts deb package in devuan where missing init scripts are/could be added.
