pending patches to sysvinit and lsb packages

Hello,

I noticed that most of my patches were merged to the repository of the
current unstable (thanks Mark Hindley!)

However the last three patches to sysvinit were missed:

  init-d-script: handle daemon errors returned by start-stop-daemon
  init-d-script-test.sh: test script for init-d-script 
  vars.sh: remove unnecessary fork to speedup boot/upgrades

and the patches to lsb too:

  Optimize killproc using parameter expansions
  Quote parameters when calling logging functions
  Preserve FANCYTTY after log_use_fancy_output calls
  Fix the return value of vlog* functions when VERBOSE=no
  Hardcode ANSI escapes to replace tput in logging functions

Please, can you review those patches, so someone else (Mark?) will
merge then? It seems a good time, before the next freeze.
