Hi,

Prompted by the filing of #981747 (another person falling foul of 
network-manager no longer shipping an init script), I think 
sysvinit-core should Recommends: orphan-sysvinit-scripts ?

That will make it a bit easier for folk to find this package.

[dunno if the bullseye release notes should say similar]
