[RFC PATCH 00/12] fixes and new features for init-d-script

hello,

this patchset fixes multiple issues found inside init-d-script
framework, adds more fine-grained control for the scripts and the new
interfaces do_reload_cmd and RELOAD_SIGNAL

it needs a documentation update and some polishing, but before doing
more work i would like to know if these patches will be accepted or if
something should be reworked

also it's ok to send them in batch or i should open a single bug report
for each issue/patch?

i found those issues while developing sysd2v
