libpcre2 woes

Hi,

adequate told me on the last upgrade (some days ago) of sysvinit-core:

sysvinit-core: bin-or-sbin-binary-requires-usr-lib-library /sbin/init => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpcre2-8.so.0

The potential problem or not aside, why does /sbin/init depend on a
Perl-compatiblish regular expression library in the first place, what
could it possibly use it for? This isn’t systemd…
