I have prepared the Debian version of elogind 246.9. It is in
https://git.devuan.org/devuan/elogind/src/branch/debian and also available via
http://hindley.org.uk/~mark/debian/elogind_246.9-1%2bdebian1.dsc

I would be grateful for your review and upload.

  * d/control: Rules-Requires-Root: no.
  * d/control: change to debhelper-compat.
  * d/control: cleanup wrapping and whitepace.
  * d/control: update to Standards Version 4.5.1 (no changes).
  * d/control: remove dpkg-dev build-dep that is automatically satisfied.
  * d/copyright: use HTTPS scheme for url.
