I’ve proposed to suggest to the systemd maintainers to add
Important: yes to libsystemd0. (On a different level, adding
it to systemd instead would… probably… have the same effect.)

I think that should fully solve this concern; I’ve got quite
the number of personal packages using Important: yes and have
experience with it.
