Maintainership of lsb-base package

Hi!

The lsb-base package (src:lsb) is a key part of the sysvinit support.
I think people from this list might be intersted in taking over its
maintainership (this would include also taking over lsb-release, but
that's also a small package).

There's currently an RC bug (#921558) filed against lsb-base, which
affects init scripts, and the maintainer has stated in the past the
lsb package is for all practical purposes orphaned:
