Bug is in incorrect usage of insserv, not within insserv. You may want to
add check, that /etc/init.d/mountkernfs.sh exists.
If it will help you, I can add 'Recommends' (not Depends) on
bin:initscripts into insserv.
If if you disagree, please close + wontfix this bug.
