Hi!

I propose to upload 2.93-4 (see wip/kaction/into-2.93-4 branch) soon, in
particular to close #918966, which is related to additional script,
introduced by 2.93-3.

I ask everybody to make your review or state your objections till, let's
say 2019-01-19.

PS. I consider okay to force-push wip/ branches, so please mention git
commit hashes.
