"Depends: logind" patches

Hi!
Looks like I have way fewer tuits than I'd wish for -- and there's only
around a week before the effective freeze date. We need all packages that
declare a relationship on libpam-systemd to be patched and _tested_.
In the usual case, it's a matter of changing:
Depends: libpam-systemd
to
Depends: default-logind | logind
"Recommends" need to be changed, too -- apt has a very unfriendly approach
where it would rather abort the whole operation than to leave a Recommends
unsatisfied, seeing what's going on is surprisingly hard for a typical
user.
Here's my pile of diffs from June: https://angband.pl/tmp/elogind/
Some had been tested, some were not. Of course, I did not keep notes :/
We did a lot of testing with libpam-elogind-compat, but that hack won't and
can't get in.
Known issues:
gnome is reported to need real systemd.
policykit-1 doesn't work unless compiled against elogind-dev. dlopen?
pulseaudio needs autodetection for /etc/pulse/client.conf.d/00-disable-autospawn.conf
Fix: a symlink to a temp file in /run that's empty for us, has
"autospawn-no" on systemd, created via a .service file?
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PATCHES YOU CAN'T TEST.
Sorry for not raising this before -- we'd save two days of precious time
if I did not think I can do everything myself...
Meow.
