The original report here doesn't seem to miss any bootlogd init script,
so I'm merging with similar reports of unexplained failure.

The second and third reports miss /etc/init.d/stop-bootlogd and
/etc/init.d/stop-bootlogd-single, so they would be similar to #768555.
