Bug#706349: bootlogd: some messages which are visible at booting are not saved in boot log file.

I'm not sure that there is any issue here. These are kernel logs and get
logged to /var/log/dmesg, and kern.log, and also get included in syslog.

/var/log/boot doesn't log everything that appears on the screen; and
kernel logs may or may not be displayed depending on their severity and
on system settings, which is also a reason to keep them separate.
