Package: initscripts
Version: 2.93-5
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

please consider moving README files out of /etc. Presence of README
files in /etc requires unneeded corner-cases in regard of conffiles and
dh_fixperms.

Probably (not sure, they are needed) compatibilty symbolic links could
be added.
