AFAICT file-level conflicts still need Provides+Conflicts+Replaces,
and these are what we have here.

(Otherwise, we could just have called Breaks Conflicts and dropped
the original latter.)

Sure, but that’s business as usual in many cases.

The dependency of apt on libsystemd.so.0 is unfortunate, but
apparently easy to fix.
