consolekit was removed from Debian, so, recently, libpolkit-qt5-1-1
(src:polkit-qt-1) lost the second half of “libpam-systemd | consolekit”
in its Depends. My system still has 0.112.0-5 installed which uses
consolekit, but this means KDE is now uninstallable, whereas it worked
before without systemd (even the shim).
