I have reviewed your work and made just some marginal changes
to gbp.conf. I veryfied that the package builds fine using pbuilder.
One thing i have changed is the version, its is 239.1-0.1 now. Since most
changes are made by you as reflected in the changelog, but for a
maintainer upload you need to be added to the uploaders field.
If you intend to work on the package in future as well, i'll gladly add you
to the uploaders field.
One thing we really need to to discuss is the
"Provides: libpam-systemd" field. We're willing to remove this and
prepare some kind of glue package for Devuan. But i'm not sure about
the benefit. Because if you want to use elogind on Debian with lets
say Gnome or KDE, you'll still have to provide "libpam-systemd"
somehow, or these will not fully install.
I heard about some ongoing discussion on debian-devel about this?
Anyway, I have uploaded the package to "suites/unstable" branch
and tagged it in the Devuan elogind package repository found here:
https://git.devuan.org/devuan-packages/elogind.git
cheers,
Andreas
