Bug#768555: bootlogd apparantly runs but /var/log/bootlog* files are from 2013

I am almost sure this was source of problem: there was issue in
transition of these config files from bin:initscripts to bin:bootlogd
that resulted them got lost.

But still,

  dear submitter, can you reproduce issue with on modern installation?
I just made fresh Jessie virtual image, installed `bootlogd', rebooted
and got /var/log/boot populated. So we need more information.
