There ought to be some simple socks server you could start from the adns
testsuite. Seems to be two socks5 servers in debian, and one additional
doing socks4 only, see https://wiki.debian.org/SOCKS. (You could also
use openssh or lsh, but I guess that's a bit too heavy weight to use for
adns tests).
