Build adns as a shared library on Mac OS X

Two patches against ADNS 1.4 are attached.

adns.macos.shlib.diff: modifies configure & makefiles to build ADNS as a 
shared library on OSX.

version.diff: correct version numbers in settings.make.in and 
client/client.h (to 1.4).

BTW, the 'latest' link on the project page points to 1.2.
