Subject: Announce: Revision 3 of ADNS 1.0 for Windows

The previous Windows version of ADNS 1.0 turned out to contain two bugs;
one in the gettimeofday() function, and one where the errno value after
connect() was not correctly captured. Together, these two bugs can cause
a DNS connect flood on the DNS servers. Please upgrade if you use ADNS
1.0 for Win32.

Note: These bugs are both in the Windows port, and not in the original
ADNS sorce code.
